After spending over two months at an anchorage in the stream, the American barque Guy C. Goes, which was arrested for debt, berthed this morning alongside the Central wharf. The work of discharging the barque's lumber cargo is being carried out by the officers and crew. Daring her period of idleness tb.e ship has received a liberal coating of new paint, the result being that ber hull and spars now look particularly spick and span.
