Melhorn 70, Carnegie Clark 80. The Central section is playing for 42 places. The leaders are: Hagen, Watts and Giinn 72, Reiiouf and Armour 74, Barnes 7">. Boomer 7(i. In llio Northern section ten places are to be decided, and the leaders are: Wilson (Scottish chamnion) li, Gordon and Lockliart 73.—(A. and N.Z.) In the southern section Bobby Jones, with a round of 00, leads the iield, his score being a record for the course. Robson went round in OS), and Yon Elm in 74. Central section. J.
