RIOTS IN PUNJAB.
HEAVY CASUALTIES. DELHI, June 16. The total casualties in the riots at Rawalpindi, in the Punjab district, were 14 killed and 50 wounded. British troops and the police quelled the outbreak without firing upon the rioters.— (Renter.)
