Negligent and dangerous driving were \ ' charges to which Thomas Wilson Mur- 4 ray, a Hamilton traveller, pleaded not guilty in the Police Court yesterday, j The charges arose out of a collision be- j tween two cars at the Victoria-Ward - Streets intersection on May 20. . ■' After hearing the evidence, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M.. was satisfied that ■ defendant had driven at too high *.' speed. He convicted and discharged de- ?■ ■' fendant on the charge of negligence, and on the dangerous driving count fined him £10, and costs £2 10/.
