LOANS FOR SOLDIER SETTLERS.
NO RESTRICTIONS. THE MINISTER'S ASSURANCE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, Tuesday. For some time, Piako County Council and ivereone soldier settlers have been endeavouring to obtain from the Government a statement under which the council can. with reasonable prospects of enforcing the payments of rates for assisted discharged soldier settlers, raise loans for road metalling.
