PERPETUAL TRUSTEES. At the annual meeting of Perpetual Trustees, Estate and Agency Company, whose past operations were tabulated in these columns on June 5, the chairman. Sir Geo. Fenwick gave some information concerning the company's turnover. At the end or 1924 the ngnres were £4,261,893. Since that date new business In estates, investment or moneys, control of properties, etc., totalled £525,000, whilst the estimated new business in wills amounted to £1,275,000. The company, which is working on a paid up capital of £17.500 has branches in southland ana South Canterbury, and proposes to open one shortly in Christchurch. SALE OF SECTIONS. THE EDEN HILL ESTATE. An auction sale or 54 section in Paton's Eden Hill Estate, situated on the high land between Mount Eden and Ep?om, was held last evening- by Messrs. Richard Arthur, Ltd., in conjunct'on with Messr?. \V. Frater and Son. There was a good attendance, and the twelve- sections sold realised a total price of £7566 10/. Tne sections ranged in prices from £517 10/ to £798, according to their position and rrontages of the allotments, and were as roliow: No. 15, £570; NO. 16,, £540; No. 18. £517 10/; No 10, £517 10/; NO. 20, £467 10/; No. 52. £660; No. 53, £720; No. 54, £690; No. 56, £690; NO. 58, £690; No. 55, £705; No. 60, £798. This evening therp will be an auction sale of 40 sections in the Royton Estate, between Buckiand end Yates Roads' Mangere. Richard Arthur, Ltd., will conduct the auction in their saleroom, Upper Queen Street, commencing at 7.30 o'clock.
