« The action involving a claim for ' £99(5 10/, balance due on a transfer of : land heard by Mr. Justice Stringer in j the Supreme Court on Thursday was, in respects, incorrectly reported. The plaintiff was the Tokerau Maori Land Board (Mr. PatereonL and the defendants Mrs. Kate T. Dwyer (Mr. W. T. Hampson) and Tony Anthony Petrie (Mr. Luxford.) It was stated that judgment for the full amount was given for the plaintiff against both defendants. It should have read that judgment was given against Mrs. Dwyer for the full amount, and that his Honor dismissed Petrie from the suit and allowed him 20 guineas costs against Mrs. Dwyer.
