SUGGESTED VISIT TO N.Z. LONDON, June 11. Regarding the invitation of Sir James Allen to the Duke of York to visit New Zealand, Sir James states that it was entirely impromptu. It was not suggested or inspired by the assumption that tlie Duke of York would probably open the Federal capital, which would naturally have suggested a visit to New Zealand* The single sentence.
