De-eased arrived i a New Zealand from tiie North of Ireland over fifty year; a_o. settling i n the Marlborough district, and to Te Aroha West, where he followed farming pursuits for 40 years, retiring from active work :welve years ajro. Til recently Mr. McKinle.y enjoyed ~oe-l health. He expired while sitting in* hU armchair. He wag a prominent memVr of the Church of England, and was al-« wellknown in bowling circles. Tiie funeral take' place on Saturday.
