MISSION SCHOOL JOINED' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The New Zealand Missionary School was joined by Mr. Justice Frazer as a I party to the wicker workers' aivard. on the ground that, though not primarily manufacturing for profit, it came into '. direct competition with manufacturers J who were bound by the award.
