FREE STATE BUI. LONDON, June 4. The Minister of Finance in the Irish Free State Government introduced a Finance Bill in the Dail. Mr. Blythe stated that in connection with the tax on betting the Government proposed to introduce a totalisator or psri-mutuel system. The experiment would be tried out on s> number of racecourses which would be selected for the purpose.—(Eeuter.)
