The following are the material provisions of the Leases:—Terms, SO yean; lessees not to aaign or sublet without consent of the Board, lessee to repair, lessee not to erect buildings unless plan approved by Board, lessee to insure, and in event of fire, insurance money to be expended in rebuilding; rent to be at a fixed rate per annum for the first 25 years, increased by 50 per cent for the remaining 25 years. Tender* must be addressed to the Chairman, Auckland Harbour Board, must be endorsed on the envelope, "Tender for Leases," and must be in the bands of the Secretary by Noon on TUESDAY, July 6, 1926.
