POLITICAL REFORM PARTY.
BRAXCH FORMED AT XORTHCOTE. A branch of the Xew Zealand Political Reform League was established at Xorthcote last evening. The new body is to be called the Xorthcote branch of the Waitemata Political Reform League. It io intended to form other branches at Devonport. Takapuna, Birkenhead and Birkdale. The first officers are: — Fre-ident. Mr. F. H. Eades: vice-presidents, Miss Tremain. Messr*. (.'. A. T. B. Tonar, W. E. Richardson. H. '( adnc«, senior, and X. E. Heath: secretary and treasurer. Mr. >yd. H. iJribben: committee, Mesdames F. H. Eades. A. K. Taylor. X. R. Harris. Misses M. Maekay and E. Maekay. Messrs. W. Johnston. J. F. Jackson." E. MeKerras. J. Cooke. J. F. Potter. F. J. Maekay. E. W. R. Herrick. A. R. >huies and R. MoGhe Mr. Alex. Harris, M.P., who was prosent, was heartily congratulated by t ie president, on behalf of the adherent- of the party at Xorthcote. on his magnificent majority at last election.
