YOUNG CHILD'S DEATH.

BLENHEIM, this day Death followed three hours after Rodney Stuart James Thomson, infant son of a rabbiter at Kekerangu. had been seized with what appeared to be convulsions. A post-mortem examination, however, revealed evidence of strychnine poisoning and the inquest was adjourned for an analyist's report, it being suspectedthac the "child ate something containing rabbit poison.
