SOUTHERN RAILWAYS.
THE WINTER SERVICE. (By Telegrapn —rress Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. At a meeting of delegates of all local bodies called by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce this afternoon to consider the winter time, table of the South Island express service it wae decided to approve of the Dunedin-Christchurch service as rearranged by the Department, but to endeavour to have a daily morning express run to Invercargill from Dunedin in place of the proposed tri-weekly service.
