THE HIGH COMMISSIONER.
SAILS FOR LONDON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Hon. Sir James Parr yesterday resigned his various portfolios -and said good-bye to his departmental officers for the last time, or at any rate, for some years to come. Later he took his seat on the Executive Council and was cordially fare welled by his colleagues. Sir James and Lady Parr left for London, via Panama, by the steamer Rotorua this morning.
