S. MANNING AND COMPANY. The forty-fourth annual report or thebrewing company of S. Manning and Co., Christchurch, shows that during the year the company has disposed or a number or. properties at " a satisfactory figure, and : all properties have now been realised.". There is a credit or £18,828 to profit and loss account, out or which an interim dividend or 5 per cent and a bonus or 2* per cent have been paid. The directors now recommend a rurther dividend or 5 per cent and a bonus or 10 per cent, which, with the dividend and bonus already paid, amounts to a dividend or 10 per cent and a bonus or 12i per cent per annum for the year.
