SEQUEL TO MOTOR FATALITY.

DANNEvTRKE, Monday.

George Paris and Archibald Ernest Johnson were charged in the Police Court to-day, before justices of the peace, the former with negligently driving a motor car and the latter with assisting Paris in negligent driving. The charges arose out of a motor accident in High Street on the evening of February 16 last, when a car owned by Johnson and driven by Paris met with a mishap, and George Lawry, a passenger, received injuries from which he subsequently died. After hearing the evidence the justices dismissed the informations.
