THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL

The Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, will watch the final rounds of the Auckland golf championships at Middleinore this afternoon. At the conclusion of the day's play he is to present the prizes won during the tournament. Her Excellency, Lady Alice Fergusson, will visit St. ilary's Homes at Otahuhu this afternoon, and later will motor to the golf links where she is to take part in the prize-giving ceremony. On Friday afternoon her Excellency will attend the Auckland Horticultural Society's autumn flower show in the Municipal Hall, Xeumarkot. At 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday. Aprvl 20, his Excellency will formally open the. newbuilding of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind in Parnell.
