All plant and materials required to be introdaeed into Fiji shall be passed dtity free, and any plant exported from Canada, and subsequently reimported shall be recommended by the Fiji Government to the Canadian Government to be readmitted duty free

The Fiji Government shall erect all neeeaaary buildings, and npon such site aa 13 mutually agreed tipon, and also erect any plant which can be so erected ■without importing material or experts. Fiji Government to arrange for supply of steam for cooking.
