CROSSHILL'S CREW.
« SHOW 1 ME THE WAY.' FOUR WEEKS' DETENTION. (By Telegraph.—Press.Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. Twenty-six members of the crew of the steamer Crosshill, who were found guilty on Wednesday of combining to impede the progress of the vessel, were escorted to the Pararua prison yesterday to undergo sentence of four weeks. The men, who had been allowed to sleep on board on _ Wednesday night, reported to the police station at 11.30 in the morning and were marched to the railway station under charge of three constables.
