EASTER HOLIDAYS, 1926,
The following hours of attendance will be observed at the Chief Post Office during the Easter holidays:— Saturday, the 3rd April: The usual hours of attendance will be observed in all branches. An over-counter delivery of correspondence will be made from the Postmen's Branch, First Floor, between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Easter Monday, the oth April, will be observed as a close holiday. All mnils will close at 4 a.m., with the exception of those by the Main Trunk, which will close at 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. The Night Clearance of Street Letter Boxes will be made on all days except Thursday and Saturday. There will be no delivery by postmen on Easter Monday. Late fee letters for Southern offices of New Zealand may be posted In the late fee letter box at the entrance to the station platform up to 7.30 p.m. WM. J. GOW, * . Chief Postmaster.
