REFEREES' ASSOCIATION. RULINGS AT CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) DUXEDIX. this day. Ru_bv referees from all parts of th« Dominion have met in conference here, Mr. D. McKenzie (Wellington) presiding. Rulinss were given on a number oi specific" cases quoted by several associations. The most outstanding of thesa were that the advantage rule applies in the case of a throw-in from touch: that the signal to indicate that no goal has been kicked be deleted: that in all kicks at goal the referee shall consult his touch judges only when in doubt.
