The winter session of Blackboard Bible Talks by the Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher, are advertised to be resumed on Tuesday evening at Beresford Street Congregational Church. Last winter these studies were very popular, being attended by representatives of all denominations. For exposing sheep infected with lice for sale in a public saleyard the following farmers were fined at the Te Awamutu S.M. Court on Thursday:—W. Scott, fl and £1 costs; George Albrctsen, and costs; Peter Halliday, £2 and costs; Misses Coverdale, £1 and costs.
Fresh chills and colds, unless tackled at once, may lead to a difficult cough or bronchitis. Use Nazol freely and it will give immediate relief.— (Ad.)
