It was announced at a meeting of t&e Management Committee of tne New Zealand Hockey Association that the Indian Army hockey team would leare Colombo for >ew Zealand on April 17, probably arriving at Auckland by the Marama on May 01. . „ The itinerary is as follows:— May 15, play ftaikato, at Hamilton. May 18, play Soatii Auckland - sub-associations, at Rotorua. Mar 20, play Poverty Bay, at Glsborne. May "JB, play Hawke's Bay, at Napier. May 28, play Dannevirke, at Dannevirke. May -% play Wanganui, at Wanganui. June 3, play Wellington at Wellington. June 5, play Nelson, at Nelson. June 9, play Buller, at Westport. June 12, play Canterbury, at Chrisß'hurch. June 17, play Geraldlne, at Geraldine. June 19, play Otago, at Dnnedln. June 23, test match, at Christchurch. June 30, play Manawutu, at Palmerston North. July 3, play Auckland, at Auckland. July 8, play North Auckland sub-associations, at. Whangarei. July 10, test match, at Auckland. July 14, play Franklin, at Waiuku. The team will leave Auckland by the TJlimaroa for Sydney on July 16. WAIPA ASSOCIATION. (From Our Own Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday. The annual meeting of the AValpa Hockey Association was held last night, Mr. !». A. Empßon (president) presiding. Mr. Empson said he would not seek reelection as president. The election of officers resulted: —Patron, Mr. D. S. Reid, M.P. (re-elected); president. Mr. G. O. Jourdam: vice-presidents, Messrs. C. J. Spiers, J. T. North, A. J. Nation, D. McArthur and G. Pinch, sen.; secretary and treasurer, Mr. A. Finch; auditor, Mr. W. McGtrern (re-elected): delegate to Auckland Association, Mr. I*. C. Kent, subject to his approval: Grounds Committee, Mesers C. Davis and A. Finch. It was decided to form a ladies' association if sufficient support is forthcoming.
