■ "NEW ZEALAND SPORTING AND . DRAMATIC REVIEW." Wide Range of Striking Illustration*. It would be hard to find a publication of stronger pictorial interest than the "If. Z. Sporting and Dramatic Eeview" and the current issue favourably compares with any of the previous numbers. A central attraction is always the double page, and this week's selection embraces the opening of Parliament, heroic rescue in Atlantic storm, and the funeral of Cardinal Mercier. Racing enthusiasts will be specially interested in the generous array of snapshots of the Ohinemuri Jockey Club's jubilee meeting at Paeroa, the Bay of Plenty Jockey Club's meeting at Tauranga, the Northland Trotting Club's fixture at Kensington Park, the regatta at Ngaruawahia, and many other individual sporting pictures. The Auckland Automobile Association's gymkhana at Slangere, the Auckland Croquet Tournament at Remuera, the polo tournament at Feilding, and the ffew Zealand Medical Corp in camp at Narrow Neck together with the Ladies' swimming championship in Sydney, are each depicted in half page photographs, and will have their own respective apeal. Women are particularly catered for in a page of weddings, numerous fashion photographs and stage and motion picture which are charmingly featured in an exclusive range of portraits. The miscellaneous section is exceptionally strong and includes: ski-ing at Mt. Buffalo (Vie), hunting in England, snowfalls in the Old Country, Florida girl swimmers, police Rugby in London, and numerous local pictures of immediate interest. Specal attention is drawn to the Free Skill Competition being held in connection with the Easter Handicap of the Auckland Racing Club.—(Ad.) Youths' suits.
