OFFENCE COMMITTED WHILE DRUNK.
The next case was one in which Bertred John Aehby (43), was charged with drunkenness in Moore Street, and alao with having committed a grossly indecent act. He also said that he remembered nothing of the occurrence as he was drunk. Con.victed and discharged for drunkenness, Ashby was fined £3,. or seven days on the other charge.
