Carr, Pountney and Company, the French steamer Commandant Destreman is expected to arrive at Auckland at daybreak to-morrow. She is coming from Surprise Island with a cargo of guano, which will be discharged at the King's wharf. THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER. An expected arrival at Auckland about Sunday is the Canadian Government steamer Canadian Challenger from Halifax with general cargo. From Auckland she is to proceed to southern jvorts to complete discharge and to commence loading for New York. Boston and Montreal. She will later return to Auckland to iill up. THE TONGARIRO. At present unloading Home cargo at the Queen's wharf, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tonjrariro is expected to leave Auckland for Wellington this evening. On completion of her discharge at Wellington she will commence loading for her return trip. In the meantime she is announced to leave Wellington for London on March 31. TnE MATjNGAXUI. On her return trip to Sydney, the Union Co.'s intercolonial steamer Mnungnnul is announced to leave Auckland with, passengers and cargo at 3 p.m. to-morrow. During Easter week this vessel will sail from Auckland for Sydney on Thursday, April 1, instead of the usual schedule day, Friday. MARAMA'S EASTER RUNNING. The L'nion Co.'s steamer Marama was to leave Wellington for Sydney to-day. This vessel is due at Sydney on Tuesday next and will leave there the following Friday for Auckland. Owing to Friday, April 2, being Good Friday. this steamer is announced to leave Wellington for Sydney on Thursday, April 1. BARQUE GUY C. GOSS. Timber laden from Vancouver, the barque Guy C. Oos-,3 is expected to arrive at Auckland nt an early date. The barque, which is a vessel of 1572 tons, is .bringing 1,250,000 feet of timber for New Zealand. From Auckland she is to proceed to Wellington and Timaru to complete discharge. The Guy C. Goss took: her clearance from Vancouver on January 8. Mr. J. B.
