SEQUEL TO A FIRE.

DRUG TAKEN IN COURT. . SENT TO MENTAL HOSPITAL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HUNTEKVILLE, this day. As a sequel to the recent fire, a young man from Mangaweka was charged with, breaking and entering and theft of drugs. The charge was withdrawn by the police this morning at Hunterville Gourt and accused was committed to Porirua Mental Hospital. He was in a had state of health when he broke into the premises and secured drugs. The fire occurred shortly afterwards.
