Waiiorrio. -which was delayed at Auckland on Saturday evening owing to the action of her crew refusing to proceed to sea until the ship's cook -was dismissed, has T.ot vet left Auckland. Jfllinenras attempts have been made to settle the difrmite, but so far have proved unsuccessful. It iss now considered likely that, as the firemen continue to refuse duty. legal proceedings -will be' taken.
