HAMILTON HIGH SCHOOLS.
(By Telesraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Opinion that the time is opportune for the erection of a Boys' High School in conjunction with the Junior High School, and with boarding facilities attached, at Hamilton East was expressed by a meeting of the board of governors of the Hamilton High School. It was also felt that a hostel for girls should be elected on the site of the present High School. The board decided to make application to the Education Department fer a grant so that their views might be given effect to. The board set up a committee consisting of the chairman, principal and secretary to draft the letter to the Department make application for a grant as already mentioned.
