TRADE MARK EXPUNGED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The word "Lysol," originally registered in the name of Schulke and Maye, of Hamburg, but now registered bj r virtue of an assignment dated September 7, 1920, in name of Lysol, Ltd., of London, was ordered to be expunged from the register of trade marks by reserved judgment of Mr. Justice Alpers this morning.
