COMPULSORY VOTING.
LORD BURNHAM AN ADVOCATE LONDON, February 26. Viscount Burnham has given notice to ask in the House of Lords whether the Government will create a select committee to inquire into the desirability of adopting a system of compulsory voting. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
