He explained that thej- were the signatures of 300,000 citizens, including 100 Commoners, being men and women of all parties, drawing the attention of the House to the miners and the members of the Communist party who are imprisoned, and praying the House to ask His Majesty to use his prerogative* and release them.— (Reuter.)
