SAWMILL ACCIDENT.
THREE FINGERS SEVERED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.! PAEROA, this day. Mr. J. H. Evans, proprietor of the Paeroa Sawmills, met with a distressing accident while at work at a breast bench. He was making an. adjustment to a plank passing through, when his left hand came in contact with the saw, which severed three fingers. After receiving medical attention he was sent to the Thames Hospital.
