PICNIC AND SPORTS.
Tlio telegraph engineers' and stores' branches of the P. and T. Department held a very successful and enjoyable picnic at , Motuilii Island, on Saturday last. Som« Son adults and children were present, and the gathering was representative of all branches A splendid sports programme was gone through. .1.-i'zzing on board the ferry steamer Condor was a feature of the return trip.
