A SEAMAN INJURED.

STRUCK BY FALLING DERRICK. When working on the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tongariro at the Motuihi powder anchorage this morning, a seaman named G. A. Bolton was struck on the head by a falling derrick. He was brought to Auckland by launch and taken to the hospital by tho St. John ambulance. At the time of going to press, the man was reported to be making satisfactory progress.
