TOUR OF WAIKATO.
T , ' A BIG PROGRAMME. (By Telegraph.—own 'Correspondent.) ", f HAMILTON, ibis day.. Several Waikato towns are to be honoured during the coming week by a visit from the Governor-General. The party will arrive in Hamilton at 12.44. on Tuesday from Rotorua, and an official reception will take place at the Memorial Park at 2.30 p.m. In the evening • there will be an official dinner' at' the Hamilton Hotel, and 'later bis Excel- , •lency will be the gueat of the Returned Soldiers' Association at a smoke concert in the Winter Show concert ball. On Wednesday morning bis Excellency ' will visit Ruakura Farm, and at 12.45 p.m. his Excellency.will lunch. with the Rotarians, while Lady Fergusson will'be entertained by the wives of the Rotary executive; In the, afternoon they will visit the-.glaxo factory, at'Matangi, and from' there they will return to Hamilton, and there 'will be afternoon tea at the Chequers: Then they will go on to the factories of the New Zealand! Dairy Co. at Frankton. In the evening a Masonic Junction will be held at Lodge Beta, at which his Excellency will i be present. . .. ... . . . On. Thursday morning their Excellencies - will visit "The Nest Salvation Army Home for Children, and froriu there they will go on to the Waikato Hospital. ■, On Thursday afternoon the party wiH pay an official visit to Cambridge, '. returning to Hamilton in the evening, > and on Friday an official visit will be paid to Morrinsyille. Their Excellencies - will then again return' to Hamilton, and will make their adieu to the Waikato on Saturday. .-,.: During their- stay in Waikato the - party will be quartered at the Hamilton Hotel.
