BOMB FOR TOURISTS.
BUSES BARRED FROM TASMANIA. HOBART, January 23. A Pioneer motor bus from Melbourne arrived here recently by a steamer with a large number of tourists to tour the State by car. The company received a bomb when it learnt that it had to pay £99 by way of taxes under the newly passed Traffic Act. That, said the Attorney-General (Mr. Ogilvie) would prevent these buses visiting Tasmania in future.
