The small steamer Tiroa arrived from East Coast la"st evening She was loading for Hicks' Bay and Gisborne at the Prince's wharf to-day.

The schooner Louis Theriault was taken from her anchorage in the stream and berthed at the clock whurf on Saturday. She was floated into dock to-day.

The American schooner Kaimiloa berthed alongside the R.M.m.s. Aorangi this morning to replenish her oil tanks. Later she proceeded to the clock, where she will undergo cleaning and painting. The coastal steamer Mahurangi, which changed hands recently, returned from her first, trip uuder her new ownership yesterday. The vessel is now owned by Messrs. J. J. Craig and Co. lONIC AT SOUTHAMPTON. Cable news has been received by the .Shaw. Sarlll, and Albion Co. that the lonic arrived at Southampton on Thursday morning from Wellington. The vessel left Wellington on December '20. THE R.M.S. TAHITI En route from Sun Francisco to Wellington, via the usual ports, the Union Company's Royal Mail steamer Tahiti has on board a small quantity of cargo for transhipment to Auckland. She is expected to arrive Lit Wellington on February 13. HUNTINGDON: LEAVES PANAMA. The Federal Co. have been notified by cablegram that the Huntingdon arrived at Panama on January 'M from Liverpool, and sailed on January '11 for New Zealand ports. The vessel is due at Auckland on February 10. lIINEMOA SAILED For the purpose of attending the Sandspit and East Cape lighthouses, the Government steamer Hinemoa left Auckland this morning. She is expected to return to port about Thursday to load stores for northern j lights. TRENEGLOS DEPARTED. A departure from Auckland on Saturday afternoon was the llaln tine steamer Treneglos for Wellington to continue discharge of her New York cargo. Her other discharging ports are Lyttclton, Tiinaru, Dunediu and Bluff. KOXA WITH SUGAR. Loaded with another cargo of raw sugar, the Colonial Sugar Refining Company's steamer Kona cleared Suva at 10 o'clock on Saturday for Auckland. She is expected to arrive here on Thursday morning. THE OTIRA. Under the flag of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line, the steamer Otira, is expected to arrive at Auckland from Liverpool tomorrow. .She is bringing general cargo for discharge at the four main ports of the Dominion, and comes to the local agency of L. D. than and Co. TREVARRACK THIS WEEK. An expected arrival at Auckland during the latter half of the present week is the Ham Line steamer Trevurrack from New York. The Trevurrack, which is under the local agency of the New Zealand Shippiny Co., will also discharge at Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. MIDDLESEX SAILED. To continue loading for New York, Boston, and Home ports, the Federal. Line steamer Middlesex left Auckland for Napier on Saturday afternoon She is to complete her cargo at Wanganui and Wellington, and is to sail finally from New Zealand on February 13. THE MAUNGANUI. On arrival from Sydney at 7.30 to-morrow morning, the Union Company's intercolonial passenger steamer Maunganui will anchor in the stream for medical inspection, and will later berth at the Prince's wharf. This vessel is to dock on Thursday for cleaning, and is announced to sail on her return trip for Sydney the following day. KURNALVI RETURNED. The coastal steamer Kurnalpi returned from her initial trip to Northern ports yesterday morning, when she berthed at the King's wharf The vessel, which is under the command of Captain Attwood, experienced favourable weather and proved well suited to the service. She is expected to sail again to-morrow.

REJMUERA REPORTED. Cabled information received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the liner Kcmiiera arrived at Panama on January 27, aud left Colon the following day. This stparuer is on her way from Auckland to Southampton with passengers and cargo, having sailed finally from this port during tlie first week of the present mouth. THE HERTFORD. From Napier to complete her cargo for London nnd other Home ports, the Federal lioe steamer Hertford arrived at Auckland .last evening. The vessel remained iv the stream until this morning, when she berthed at the Queen's wharf. She is announced to take her final departure from this port on Friday. THE PORT MELBOURNE. l*o the agency of Heather, Roberton, Ltd., the Common wealth and Dominion Line steamer I'ort Melbourne arrived at Auckland from Lyttelton at a late hour last evening. From this port she is to proceed to Gisborne, Napier, and Wellington to complete her cargo for London. The Port Melbourne is loading the local portion of her cargo at the King's wharf. THE SURREY'S DEPARTURE. At present unloading Home cargo at the Queen's wharf, the Federal Hue steamer Surrey is now announced to sail for Lyttoiton to-morrow morning. Thence she proceeds to Timaru and Wellington to complete discharge. The Surrey subsequently loads for West o£ England ports at Port ■Chalmers, Rh.ff, Timaru, Lyttelton, Xcw Plymouth. Wanganui. Auckland. Gisborne and Wellington, being scheduled to clear the last named port on March, is. THE RUAHINE. Arriving from Wellington this morning, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Uuahine berthed at the western side of the Central wharf. The Kuahinc is at this port for the purpose of unloading the balance ot her cargo from London, and to commence loading for her return trip. Hence she i« to proceed to Tokomaru Bay. Napier and Wellington to fill up, being scheduled to sail finally from Wellington on February 2T for Southampton and London. THE R.M.M.S. AORANGI. An arrival at Auckland yesterday afternoon was the Union Company's Royal Mall motor liner Aorangi from Vancouver with passengers, mails and cargo. The vessel, dropped anchor in the stream shortly before 3 o'clock and berthed, after medical inspection, at the eastern side of the Prince's wharf. On her recent voyage the Aorangi cleared Vancouver on January 13. and experienced strong winds and rough seas until arrival at Honolulu. Thence to Suva she met more favourable conditions. A south-west wind off the New Zealand coast delayed the mall ship's arrival at Auckland by about two hours. The Union Company announce the Aorangi to continue her voyage to Sydney at S o'clock this evening.

UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. Movements of vessels under the flag of the Union Company are announced as follow : — The Katoa left Dunodin at 1 p.m. on Saturday for Auckland, via ports. Th* Kurow, which left Picton for Auckland at 1 p.ni. on Saturday, will berth at the Prince's wharf on arrival. The Whangape is expected to arrive at Auckland from at 3 a.m. to-mor-row. She will berth at the King's wharf. The Koromiko arrived from Westport this afternoon and berthed at the King's wharf to commence discharge of her coal cargo. The Kiwi tea has been fixed to load at Greymouth for Auckland to-morrow. The Walnui returned from East Coast ports yesterday afternoon, and berthed at the Prince's wharf. She i<? announced to sail at .j p.m. to-morrow for Tokomaru Bay, Gisborne and Napier. The Kauri is expected to complete discharge to-morrow.
