CRUISE OF THE RUAMANO.

AT STEWART ISLAND. COMPLIMENT TO MURUTIKU'S SKIPPER. (By Telegrapti.—rress Association.) BLUFF, this day. The Auckland launch Ruamano arrived back at Bluff from Stewart Island on Sunday evening. Almost al the residents of Stewart Island turned out to welcome the crew and arranged a picnic for the rest of the day at Ulva Island. A cup donated by Commodore Moffett, of the Stewart Island Yacht Club, was presented by Mr. J. B. Johnston, chairman of the* Auckland Yacht and Motor Boat Association, who is one of the crew of the Ruamano, to Mr. W. Johnson, the skipper of the well-known Invcrcargill 14-footer, Murihiku. This took place in the centre of Geory Harbour, on board the Ruamano, which was surrounded by the other launches. In the evening the Ruainano's party were the guests at a dinner at Hicks' after an afternoon lobstering party at Butterfield's Bay.
