HIS COMING TOUR.

During February the Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson will pay official visits to various towns and districts, including Rotorua, Tauranga, Whakatane, Opotiki, Motu, Gisborne, Hamilton, Cambridge, and Morrinsville, being absent from Auckland between February 3 and February 28. Their Excellencies' itinerary will be as follows: —

February 3. —Governor-General leaves by the Daylight Express for Ngaruawahia Camp, where he will inspect the troops in training during the morning. Their Excellencies arrive at Rotorua at 5.20 p.m., and will stay there until the morning of Tuesday, the 9th. February Rotorua for Tauranga. February 11.—Leave Tauranga for Whakatane, arriving 1 p.m. February 12.—Leave Whakartane for Opotiki and Motu, arriving latter place in the evening. February 13. —Leave Motu for Matahiia.

February 16. —Attend large gathering of Maoris at Tikitiki, at which carved memorial church will be consecrated, and the monument to the Maori soldiers of the Ngati-Porou tribe will be unveiled.

February 17. —Arrive at Gisborne. February 20. —Leave Gisborne for Rotorua, via Motu, where theii Excellencies will spend Sunday, the 21st, arriving Rotorua evening of 22nd. February 23. —Leave for Hamilton. February 25. —Visit Cambridge and return to Hamilton in the evening. February 2(>. —Visit Xgaruawahia military training camp during morning, and Morrinsville during afternoon, and return to Hamilton in evening. February 27. —Leave Hamilton for Auckland, arriving 3.58 p.m.
