A race for th>- Tauranpi 7-foot class for a prize ilonstPil by Auckland yachtsmpn visiting the rppatta. resuired in a win for Dotrrpll. Opal and Jonquil tifins for sprond. A challpngp race bftwpi>n two boats of this class. Speedw-li and B.ivril. was won by Speedwell, sailpil by Master G. Carter. A Focond r.wp was held, the skippers '-hanging boars, when Speedwell ajrain won. sailed by MastPr K. Meiklp. This boat also won a race on Thursday for Mr. (i. W. Hondprson's trophy, wirh Zev second and Opal Third.
