VISCOUNT KATO. PRIME MINISTER OF JAPAN. TOKYO, January 28. Viscount Kato. whose retirement from , the Prime Ministership of Japan wag :! announced on Tuesday, died yesterday. The Cabinet had just appointed Mr. Wakatsiiki to succeed Viscount Kato owing to the latter' 3 illness.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
