ANOTHER ONEHUNGA CARNIVAL.

Satisfactory progress is bring made towards another carnival at Onehunga, to be held next March. The Carnival Committee has held several meetings with that object in view. Last night another meeting was held, when it was decided to make decorated motor cars, decorated prams and trolleys a prominent feature of the afternoon, the motor cars to go in procession from the Seddon Memorial to the post office. All the shopkeepers will be invited to make competitive displays of their general stock, to be judged on Thursday. March 11, the day before the carnival is held. Messrs. K. Jones and C. C. Spending reported that gratifying response is being made to their appeals for financial assistance.
