TRIBUTES AT A BANQUET. LONDON, January 22. Dr. West-Watson (Bishop-designate of Christchurch, New Zealand, was tendered a banquet at Barrow-in-Furness. The Deputy-Mayor (Mr. May) paid a tribute to the bishop's broad-mindedness. Clergymen representing the Anglican, Presbyterian. Wesleyan. and Roman Catholic Churches paid similar tributes.
