HOROHIA DRAINAGE POLL.
LOAN OF £10,000 CARRIED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) PAEKOA, this day. The Horohia Drainage Board vosterday carried a poll by .103 to 40 authorising the raieing of a loan of £15,500 for the purpose of providing improved drainage facilities, new drains, and flood gates. The three-fifths majority required for this poll was exceeded'by 10 votes.
