■ (To the Editor.) i Sir. —May I, as a member of the ■ general public, suggest that in the next i Parliamentary session a bill be introI duced and passed into law prohibiting the publication of the names of any person charged in any court with a criminal offence? It follows that the Act I shall prohibit the publication of the names of convicted persons. —I am, etc.. CRITIC.
