OBITUARY.
m MR. JOHN HERBERTSON. NINETY-SIX YEARS OLD. A pioneer of Na'polean Hill. West Coast. Mr. John Herbertson died at his residence, Belhvood Avenue, Mt. Eden, on the 10th instant. Mr. Herbertson was in the 96th year of his age, and enjoyed excellent health. He was watering his garden when he became ill, arfd died shortly afterwards. He arrived in New Zealand by the ship Tornado, and for a long time resided at Greymouth before coming to live in Auck- «« Mrs ' Herbertson died about 24 | ears ago. There are no children.
