NEW SUCCESSION DUTIES. PARIS, January 19. The Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies adopted the proposal of if M. Palmmade and Dedouce concerning reform of the succession duties system. Eider this the State will be allotted a Portion of a deceased person's estate in inverse ratio to the number of his childre and kindred.— ( Reuter.)
